📚 A brand-new Knowledge Base — organized into Sites, each with its own custom homepage, drag-and-drop categories, in-place editing, and scoped search.
🎨 A fresh, consistent look — refined colors, buttons, and badges across the whole app, with a much better dark mode.
⚡ Noticeably faster — we cut roughly half of the app's background work, so lists, views, and refreshes load quicker.
📎 Recovered missing attachments — PDFs from Formstack, Dropbox Sign, and scan-to-email were being silently dropped. Fixed, and the missing files have been restored to existing tickets.
✅ No more mystery save errors — when a required field is blocking you, a clear dialog shows exactly what's missing and lets you fix it right there.
