Transitioning to GoTo Phone System

On Tuesday, September 22, Azusa Pacific University will transition from Dialpad to GoTo, a significant upgrade to our phone system that gives you greater flexibility and control over how you manage calls, voicemail, and meetings. Your GoTo account is ready now. We encourage you to log in and get familiar with it before go-live at goto.apu.edu.

Key Information

• Phone Numbers: Direct numbers (DID) will remain the same. If moving to an extension only, your number will be (626) 815-6000 plus your 4-digit extension.
• Desk Phones: Existing desk phones will work automatically on go-live with no extra setup required.
• Features: Standard features like hold, transfer, conference calling, call forwarding, and speed dial remain fully available.

Getting Started

• Step 1: Log in at goto.apu.edu using your APU email and credentials.
• Step 2: Download the GoTo desktop and mobile apps, and record your voicemail greeting (refer to this video).
