I do NOT know the current password for the Group Role Account and I want to reset it.
Please have the OWNER of the Group Role Account give us a call at (626) 815-5050 for a Group Role Password Reset. Please note that only the Owner of a Group Role Account has the authorization to reset the password or Cougar Lock reset. If you do not know who the owner(s) of the account is, please email [email protected] for assistance.
