APU’s network has a web filter that prohibits students, staff, and faculty from accessing Internet content that does not comply with APU’s Internet Acceptable Use Policy. In an attempt to visit a site that has been blocked, the user will be redirected to a security message with information as to why the particular page has been blocked, based on a categorical description.
If you believe a website has been incorrectly blocked, please submit your request by email to [email protected]. IT will review requests to unblock a website on a case-by-case basis.
